DOMAIN SPECIFIC PART OF MID-CAREER MANAGEMENT COURSE (MCMC)
Introduction: The Cabinet Division approved a summary moved by the Establishment Division in the year 2019 in which decision of splitting training for Cadre/Ex-Cadre officers was proposed. As a result of this decision, 75% portion of training of Mid-Career Management Course/Senior Management Course (CMC/SMC) would be held at the National Institute of Management/National School of Public Policy (NSPP) and 25% portion at the respective cadre of Specialized Training Institute as domain specific training. Resultantly, a course known as Doman Specifica part of Mid-Career Management Course was developed for officers of Police Service of Pakistan & other Law Enforcement Agencies in BS-18 at the National Police Academy.
